-- 전기 [Bio] --
I’m Amon Poston, a software engineer and consultant based in Atlanta Georgia.
I’ve spent over a decade in tech, including years in medical technology, optimizing critical systems for imaging, data processing, and interoperability. I’ve led teams through complex challenges, from scaling infrastructure to streamlining operations, and I bring that same leadership to startups, helping founders turn ideas into reality.
I am now focused on North Korean technology—how it’s built, controlled, and resisted. My work explores how technology can challenge authoritarian systems and create new opportunities in restricted environments. I’m also studying Computer Science at Georgia State, sharpening the skills needed to tackle larger, mission-critical problems.
Outside of tech, Im the Exectuive Director of GSHacks, a hackathon at GSU, I write a substack about meaning and technology, and I mentor refugees. My heart is in the work I do for the freedoms of the North Korean people.
